Beginning of the End for MySpace?
Posted on July 8, 2009So, MySpace announced recently they were laying off 30% of their workforce. This is yet another indication that Facebook has become the undisputed leader in social networking. I know people still frequent MySpace but more and more of my family, friends and co-workers have all flocked to Facebook within the last few months. Why? I think it’s because MySpace tried to be too many things at once while Facebook’s purpose has always been very clear: to connect with family and friends. Why do you think MySpace’s popularity has suffered while Facebook continues to grow?
