“You guys might not know this, but I consider myself a bit of a loner. I tend to think of myself as a one-man wolf pack.”

This scene is one of my favorite parts of the movie. The guys are on the roof of Caesar’s Palace, ready to hit the town, and Alan has a speech prepared. Perfect.

I quickly learned there are two different schools of thought when it comes to real estate agents. The first is: hire one immediately, it will be the best thing you ever do! The second is: don’t trust ‘em, don’t need ‘em.

For me, it was my first rodeo and I felt a lot more comfortable having someone that I trusted helping me through the process. This wasn’t a time to go at it alone. It was important that I added another wolf to my wolf pack to make sure everything went smoothly.

The two traits I looked for when choosing a realtor were trust and experience. Having someone on your side that knows what’s up will give you a huge advantage in finding the house you’re looking for. Here are some helpful tips when you’re looking for a real estate agent.

Again, I was very lucky because I’m using a real estate agent that a couple of friends used when they bought houses. They recommended that I meet with her to see if we could work together. We met, hit it off and my wolf pack? It grew by one.
